1. Service Scope:

LuxeSign Notary Services Inc. provides professional notary services including general notary work, remote online notarization (RON), and document support services. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Identification Requirement:

All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide acceptable identification will result in a refusal of service and forfeiture of any deposit made.

3. Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service if a signer appears impaired, unwilling, coerced, or unable to understand the documents being signed, or if proper ID is not presented.

4. Accuracy of Information:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate appointment information and ensuring all parties involved are informed of the scheduled appointment.

5. Limitation of Liability:

LuxeSign Notary Services Inc. shall not be liable for delays, errors, or omissions due to inaccurate information, document issues, or client non-compliance.
