Service Policies

Booking Deposit Policy:

  • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments.

  • This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

  • Appointments are not confirmed without deposit payment.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will not incur additional fees beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may result in a $25 cancellation fee in addition to the forfeited deposit.

  • Appointments canceled upon arrival or at the time of service will be considered a no-show.

No-Show Policy:

  • If the client or signer is unavailable, unresponsive, or unprepared at the time of the scheduled appointment, a $50 no-show fee will apply.

  • Any future appointments must be prepaid in full, except for the notarial act itself.

Wait Time Policy:

  • A grace period of 10 minutes is provided at each appointment.

  • After 10 minutes, a $1 per minute wait fee will be applied.

  • After 20 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show at the notary’s discretion.
